Extensive repairs may require additional service. Replacement parts not included.

Designed for pianos that have not been serviced in three years or more.
Includes:
Case dusting and light interior cleaning
Key surface cleaning
Pitch correction
Full tuning
Up to 120 minutes of regulation and/or voicing
Depending on your piano’s condition, multiple sessions may be needed to achieve optimal performance.

A trip charge may apply when travel time to and from an appointment represents a significant portion of the workday. This charge helps cover the time required to travel, particularly for longer-distance visits or appointments where minimal or no tuning is performed. Applying a trip charge allows service rates to remain reasonable and consistent while continuing to offer in-home service across a wide service area.
